Hello, I’m Ayaka Hori, the Principal of “Japanese Class Akimoriya.”

I have 4 years of experience teaching Japanese online, and I have taught students from various countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Kuwait, and Singapore.

One of my favorite things is eating delicious food!
I love Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Western, and Japanese dishes—you name it.
There are so many wonderful foods in the world,
and I’d love to try even more dishes from different countries!

I have lived in Australia for about three years and in Malaysia for about five years.

Because I lived abroad for a long time, I had many opportunities to use English.
However, learning English was very challenging for me—it was a long and difficult journey.

During that time, I realized something important:
“But it requires a lot of effort.”

Because I have studied a second language myself, I truly understand the feelings and struggles of those who are learning Japanese.

“Sushi,” “Mt. Fuji,” “manga and anime”
—Japanese culture and subculture are becoming well known around the world.

However, the Japanese language itself might still be considered a minor language globally.
Even so, many passionate people want to learn Japanese, and I want to support them!

With this motivation, I established Japanese Class Akimoriya.

Our school also offers unique and rare lesson courses that you won’t find elsewhere.

Would you like to learn Japanese with me?
I look forward to meeting you!
